Child and Adolescent:

Therapy and Assessment Services

Therapy Services

We provide science-informed, personalized therapy, and comprehensive assessments for children and teens, facing a wide range of mental health issues.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that parents play a vital role in their child’s or adolescent’s emotional well-being. By working collaboratively with parents throughout the treatment process, we ensure that care is collaborative, consistent, and effective.

In addition to therapy for children and teens, we provide family therapy as well as parent coaching and therapy, helping parents navigate parenting challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships with your child.

Here are some examples of the areas we address:

  • Child temperament (emotionally sensitive or rigid)
  • Emotion regulation (includes self harm)
  • Parent-child attachment
  • Family dynamics
  • Parenting challenges
  • Coping with stressful life transitions
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety Disorders
