Behind the scenes, our dedicated Administrative and Clinical Care Team plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and clinicians. From your very first point of contact, our Clinical Care Coordinators are here to listen with without judgement, answer your questions, and help match you with the right therapist for your needs. Our Admin Team ensures everything runs smoothly. Whether it's managing schedules, responding to inquiries, or keeping things organized so that your experience is as seamless as possible, we're here to help every step of the way.

Olivia, B.A.

Operations Manager

Olivia has over 3 years of administrative and finance experience working with international students at an ESL school. She has worked closely with agencies all over the world, managing financial accounts, onboarding new clients and acting as a liaison between the agencies and students. Her passion and dedication towards creating connections with others enhanced her cross-cultural communication skills and the importance of understanding cultural differences.


Olivia prides herself on providing quality client support and satisfaction. She values forming personalized relationships with both clients and colleagues and establishes a positive and welcoming space. Her compassionate and friendly personality is the foundation on which she develops these connections and ensures that time is taken to develop a meaningful and trusting rapport. 


Olivia has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has further pursued her passion and fascination in the field by volunteering with Jack.org in their Jack Ride event for youth mental health, as well as, completing training in Mental Health First Aid. She encourages open and inclusive discussions around psychology and mental health and welcomes opportunities to expand her knowledge in the field.

Katie

Clinical Care Coordinator

In her role as clinical care coordinator, Katie is one of the first points of contact for new clients. She strives to create a safe and comfortable experience and responds to client inquiries with sensitivity, care, and empathy. Katie is known to be skilled at making great matches between therapists and clients. 


In addition, she has a collaborative and supportive approach to working with others and is described by clients and co-workers as kind, genuine and reliable. Katie has over 18 years of administrative experience working in variety of fields but has most enjoyed her work within the mental health space over the past 9 years. As a lifelong mental health advocate, working within this field and having the opportunity to help those in need, even in the smallest of ways, is very rewarding and meaningful to her. Her inherent warmth and compassion have made this an excellent fit. 


Katie also has experience in providing operations support and promoting growth in several areas of psychology business operations including: designing and executing data analysis, client feedback protocol, IT troubleshooting for clients/therapists, onboarding of a new clinic wide scheduling system and tracking of client care.

Inga

Administrative Coordinator

Inga Graves is passionate about promoting mental health. She fosters an accepting, warm, and collaborative environment and is committed to providing exceptional client care and fulfilling the administrative needs of the team. In her role as Administrative Coordinator at the Centre, Inga draws from her background in office administration, organizational experience, and health promotion skills to support the clinic.


In her past career experiences, Inga has provided clients with health information and referral services and has demonstrated empathy in situations where she has worked with clients in challenging situations. Inga has over 8 years of experience, with diverse knowledge and expertise across various industries including; digital health, workplace wellness, publishing, and health insurance. They hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, and a Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Certificate from Centennial College. 


Beyond her professional commitments, Inga has pursued their passion for supporting mental health by volunteering as a Crisis Responder for Kids Help Phone, providing empathic support and resources to individuals in distress. Inga is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth with aspirations to further her education by pursuing graduate studies in the mental health field. Inga is fluent in French.

Isabella, B.A.

Office Administrator

In her role as Office Administrator, Isabella draws from her education in psychology and her experience in client health care and office administration. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to provide invaluable support to both clients and staff, fostering a welcoming, safe, and organized environment. 


Isabella is empathic, collaborative, and responsive to clients’ unique needs. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of administrative support while being attuned to the emotional well-being of clients and therapists. 


With extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, Isabella has developed a multifaceted understanding of organizational management and factors that contribute to positive client relations and operational excellence. Her passion for mental health led her to join the Centre, where she takes prides supporting a team dedicated to providing best practices in client care, and therapist training and education. 


Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and remains dedicated to her own continuous growth and education within the field of mental health and contributing meaningfully to the community. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a drive to contribute meaningfully to the community, making her an integral part of the Centre’s mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based care

Sharan, BSc. (Hons) 

Office Assistant

With administrative and customer service experience, Sharan is passionate about supporting our admin and clinical team in providing quality client-centered care through a diverse, equitable, and inclusive approach. Sharan believes mental health and well-being are critical for individuals to function and gain meaning from everyday life, activities, and interactions. Sharan is a compassionate and empathetic individual who strives to create a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for clients to feel welcomed and actively heard. 


Sharan’s passion for psychology and well-being has allowed her to participate in her community as a volunteer. She is currently a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald Family Room. She engages with families to create a home away from home by creating a welcoming and safe environment for families to focus on their mental well-being. Sharan also volunteers with the Transitional Care department at Scarborough Health Network to aid healthcare providers with the mental and physical well-being of elderly patients with delirium. 


Sharan has received an Honours Bachelor of Science, specializing in Psychology and Health Science. She wishes to pursue a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy.
