Noga completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto as well as her Bachelor degree of Specialized Honours in Psychology at York University.


Noga values the importance of the therapeutic relationship as the foundation from which empowerment and positive change grow. She emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative environment to help clients address their concerns and goals.  She helps clients with their pain and suffering as well as deepen their personal growth and improve their emotional well-being.


Noga has experience helping individuals who are dealing with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety (general anxiety, health-related anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder), depression, grief, specific phobias, relationship difficulties, insomnia, life changes and transitions, academic/work related stress, and body-image issues. Additionally, she has a background in rehabilitation, working with people who are living with chronic illness and chronic pain. She supports clients and empowers them to cope with their chronic illness while improving their self-care and quality of life and helps them reach their goals. Noga also has experience working with immigrants and individuals whose first language is not English.


In terms of her therapy approach, Noga integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities to best suit her clients’ needs, including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness and Acceptance based approaches. In addition, Noga also has experience providing psychodiagnostic and cognitive assessments.


Noga conducted clinical research at the The Acute Pain Research Unit at the Toronto General Hospital, the Department of Surgical Oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital, and the Eating Disorders Program at Southlake Regional Hospital.


Noga provides services in both English and Hebrew.


Noga is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and is in the process of becoming registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
