The Emotion-Focused approach to couple therapy (EFT-C) is empirically supported. Therapists who do relationship therapy at the Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health have trained with Dr. Leslie Greenberg, a leading world-renowned clinician and researcher who co-developed Emotion-Focused Therapy for couples. Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy has been shown to be highly effective in creating connection and changing a couple’s relationship in a positive and lasting way.


Dr. Warwar and Dr. Greenberg have also co-developed an empirically validated treatment approach successful for helping couples resolve and forgive serious emotional injuries, including betrayals and affairs.
