Gifted Assessments for Children & Teens

A gifted assessment is designed to evaluate a child or adolescent’s intellectual ability using standardized IQ testing. Unlike a full Psychoeducational Assessment, this type of evaluation focuses solely on cognitive strengths and does not explore academic achievement, emotional functioning, or learning challenges. As such, it cannot determine the presence of a learning disability or mental health diagnosis.

These assessments are often used to help determine eligibility for gifted programs within the school system and can provide valuable insight into how to best support a child’s advanced learning needs. Our approach is child-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to help families better understand and nurture their child’s potential.
